HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by item(s) and destination location.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order for sublimation tumblers, sublimation mugs, and message card jewelry, we process your item in 3-21 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order. For rhinestone tumblers, snow globe tumblers, painted tumblers, ink swirl tumblers, glitter tumblers, abstract art tumblers, and special design tumblers, processing times is 7-21 days to allowing for degassing, curing, etc.  

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is prepared for shipping, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-25 days delivery as we have no control over the package after it is turned over to the delivery/shipping service. 

Please note that the estimated delivery times given is only an ESTIMATE, we do not have control over the package after we turn it over to the mail carrier service. 

(Shipping carriers may experience delays during pandemics, inclement weather, routing issues, unforeseen issues and and major holidays)

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted on personalized items or custom made items.  Please make sure the name, date, etc. are correct when placing the order. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling fees. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee and Shipping & Handling Fees.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on personalized items.  Please make sure the name, date, etc. are correct when placing the order.

Retired Inspirations has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
